- SunShine Suite — 1 bedroom: $149.00 + tax per night
- MountainView Suite — 1 bedroom: $179.00 + tax per night
- HarborView Suite — 2 bedrooms: $209.00 + tax per night
May and September Rates:
- SunShine Suite — 1 bedroom: $129.00 + tax per night
- MountainView Suite — 1 bedroom: $149.00 + tax per night
- HarborView Suite — 2 bedrooms: $179.00 + tax per night
October through April Rates:
- SunShine Suite — 1 bedroom: $109.00 + tax per night
- MountainView Suite — 1 bedroom: $129.00 + tax per night
- HarborView Suite — 2 bedrooms: $159.00 + tax per night
Reservations:
A 50% deposit is due with the reservation.
Cancellations:
- If cancelled after reservation has been confirmed by deposit, but 61 or more days prior to arrival, full refund less $ 50.00 processing fee.
- If cancelled between 31 and 60 days prior to arrival, 50 % of deposit is refunded.
- If cancelled between 16 and 30 days prior to arrival, 25 % of deposit is refunded.
- No refund if cancelled within 15 days of arrival.
Lost key: $25.00
