2010 Specials:
- 10% discount on room rate for stays of 3 to 6 days
- Weekly and monthly discounted rates quoted upon request
- 2 night minimum for Woodcarvers/Fishing Festival Weekend, Summer Solstice Festival Weekend and 4th of July Week
Summer Rates:
- SunShine Suite: $125.00 per night/double occupancy
- MountainView Suite: $135.00 per night/double occupancy
- HarborView Suite: $165.00 per night/double occupancy (2 night minimum)
$25.00 extra per person per night.
Children under six stay free.
Laundry facilities: $5.00 per load.
Winter Rates: (available from October 1 to April 30)
- SunShine Suite: $110.00 per night/double occupancy (2 night minimum)
- MountainView Suite: $120.00 per night/double occupancy (2 night minimum)
- HarborView Suite: Only available for monthly rentals during this time —Price quoted upon request

Laundry facilities: $5.00 per load.
Reservations:
50% check, cash or credit card deposit is required within 7 days of reservation if reservation is made at least 15 days in advance. If reservation is less than 14 days in advance a 50% cash or credit card deposit is due with the reservation.
Cancellations:
- If cancelled after reservation has been confirmed by deposit, but 61 or more days prior to arrival, full refund less $ 25.00 processing fee.
- If cancelled between 31 and 60 days prior to arrival, 50 % of deposit is refunded.
- If cancelled between 16 and 30 days prior to arrival, 25 % of deposit is refunded.
- No refund if cancelled within 15 days of arrival.
Lost key: $25.00
